Stakeholder engagement is the key starting point for a company, not only in terms of its sustainability reporting cycle, but also as a means to connect to its business strategy and demonstrate how a company is responsive to the legitimate needs and concerns of its key stakeholders. All Operating Companies (OpCos) producing for aquaculture are in the Skretting division and those dealing predominantly with land animals are part of Trouw Nutrition division. Nutreco has also established a group responsible for overseeing innovation and disruptive business ideas. Therese Log Bergjord is Chief Executive Officer of the Skretting division and is a member of the Nutreco Executive Committee.
