Teresa Fernández, Group Sustainability Senior Manager for Seafood and Crops at Hilton Foods

Teresa is the Sustainability Senior Manager for Seafood and Crops for Hilton Foods, leading international food processing and manufacturing business, serving customers and millions of consumers across the world with high quality meat, seafood, vegetarian and vegan foods, and meals.   

Her passion for industry has led her from aquaculture production in Scotland, with a core focus on health and welfare, to delivering wider environmental and welfare improvements in wild capture fisheries and aquaculture across the globe.  

She is currently responsible for the implementation of Hilton Foods Sustainable Protein plan in their global seafood and crops supply chains.  

Teresa currently serves as vice-chair of the technical committee for Global G.A.P standard in Aquaculture and she sits on the steering committee of the Sustainable Seafood Coalition.
